BV 7000 pro - Mobile data is not switching off

Hey all,
Please help me if someone had the same problem. Im switching off my mobile data but im still online receiving mails, messages and im still consumating internet. I had the same problem on BV 6000. Thanks in advance.

First please note that this is the forum for BV7000, that one for BV7000 Pro is here:

Sorry, im not able to create topic on the other forum for BV7000pro, im new member here.
Im switching off the mobile data from the "cellular data" button, but im still receiving messages and using mobile data. I even can send messagges via whatsapp but they will be counted as payed sms or mms.
