My BV7000pro DIED after 3 weeks

Dear Blackview people, I was so happy with my BV6000 I bought a BV7000pro. Last night the battery got down to 47% the was flickering and constantly rebooting.... I turned it off, and attempted to recharge it, but the charge light never came on. It was connected to mains power all night and never charged. the phone is DEAD. I have only had it for 3 weeks.

From where are you? Had one in our repairshop with some bad connections in the mainboard.
If you want we can have a look at it.

Hi sorry I didn't see the reply.... and I've reposted another
I live in Vietnam. Seems crazy that a tough phone would die so easily... I'm 55yo I dont play games... It only does phone calls, Texts and photo's.
Is there a warranty with these things?

if you bought the phone from aliexpress you should have warranty.

vietnam is a little bit far for our services ...
but there are 2 possibilities :
a) you contact your supplier (aliexpress, amazon, ...) and ask for warranty-repair
b) you ask Blackview-admin for a sollution
If you know some repair centre in your location we can help them with all the needed information for reparation!
