screen not showing icons

hi admin,
i have a BV 7000 lest than a month.. its new.
i encountering black screen (no Display of icons or any images) when activating my phone from few minutes of sleep (inactive state). and its happens every time. You need to restart your phone by holding the power button to view the home screen after booting up?
help me. no after sales support from the dealer here in our country....
