cell phone stop work

Hello I bought a bv7000 2 months ago. Last night I went to recharge and realized that the charging led did not work and the battery symbol stopped with the lightning in the middle, and the cell phone did not recharge. Now the phone is off and it does not work, I tried to recharge it from the notebook but it did not work either. I realized that this happened on the day I used the OTG cable, so far I had never used it. And now what I do, the cell phone goes for warranty? Do you sell the recharge plate, battery for possible repair?
