Hi to all, I'm an happy user of a brand new BV7000 Pro.

The device works very well, except for a missing feature, Android Multiple Users.
I used this feature on many devices with Lollipop, MarshMallow and Nougat. It's Very important for me due to work needs.

Do you know if there's a procedure to enable this feature?
I see the User icon in the Drop-Down menu, but tapping on it return this message "The contact doesn't exists"

Can you please tell more about the Android Multiple users?

there is small icon on top right screen, if we tap, we can change it with other users or guest with different setting

Exactly, but if I click on it, i got "The contact doesn't exists".

Had you set the new user under "settings>users>add user" before?
