Screen black lines

Hello BV Team,
I have installed and upgraded my BV700 Pro and upgraded PlayStore apps and services such as YouTube, but when I opened YouTube for the first time my phone got the BV1.jpeg lines, I factory reset my BV but it kept these lines, any help? Or guarantee I can make valid? I bought it 3 weeks ago.
