My wifi has stopped working. When I go to settings and try to turn it on the switch goes to on for about 10 seconds then reverts back to off. When I try to turn wifi on using the shortcut menu found by swiping down nothing happens. I have no wifi. Tried a restart with no luck.

Hi, I performed a factory reset from the recovery menu as suggested. I still have no wifi. My phone is unable to find any networks.

I've tried a reset as described. The problem still exists. There is no bluetooth either

I can't turn wifi on. So no networks are available. 

It looks like your unit got a faulty internal antenna. Please contact your seller to have it replaced under warranty.
