I bought a bv7000 a few days ago. aesthetically it is a nice phone, the photos are beautiful, it is fast and responds well to commands.
yesterday I tried it and I had no problems, except the unstable data network.
last night it totally stopped working the data network, while the reception of calls and sms (or their sending) is quite unstable. I checked on your site the combatability of the phone with the Italian vodafone network and it is excellent.
what happened? I have already tried to restore the factory data but nothing, there continues to be the problem ...
the sim returned in the old cellphone receives regularly.
I have not done any proof of resistance or impermeability, the phone is like out of the box.
please help me, I love the phone and I would be sorry to have to give it back ...

Can you try to put your sim in the other slot and report back?

Flashing, in your case, can't solve an issue wich survives to a factory reset.
It looks like a problem with the internal antenna... maybe it got disconnected....
Unfortunately only the seller can honor warranty terms.
