Spotify stopped singing (lol) after several moments when phone is locked (automatically or intentionally).

my phone model is BV7000 pro

tried this tricks/steps as suggested by spotify website and other online resources, but with no luck:

1. "Show all notification content". it keeps changing to "Don't show notifications at all"
2. Make spotify notification as priority
3. disable "standby intelligent power saving"
4. uninstall, clear associated file then reinstall spotify
5. Add bluetooth headphones as "trusted devices" in "smart lock"

Any suggestion?

When you press the "home" softkey for some seconds, there is a settings area where you can put spotify (and other apps) on a whitelist for energy saving.
