I've bought the smartphone in January 2018.
I like it for its robustness, even if it is prone to overheating.
But lately I've noticed that it randomly restarts, whether it's in charge or not, whether it's cold or overheating.
Maybe it's just depends on apps running in background, mainly Facebook. Into app settings i've difficulties in clearing data and cache, too (it just freezes on "processing").

Firmware version: BV7000_Blackview_20170412_045822.

So I've resolved for now, the problem has presented again when i've reinstalled the Facebook app, i've noticed (15 minutes chatting on WhatsApp, the moment i was downloading Facebook, the smartphone rebooted).
However, do you recommend updating firmware?
And how do i do the correct data factory reboot (i've tried Volume Up+Power buttons without succeeding, so have done it from Settings menu) ?

You can perform a factory reset also from the settings menu

I'd wait updating the firmware for such issue.
