The power button on my BV7000 no longer works, I can't turn my phone on. I have contacted the seller with no response, they no longer have an ebay shop. How can I resolve this issue?

That's great thanks. Can you send me the part please as it's less than a year old and still under warranty? Will I invalidate the warranty if I replace it myself?

If your phone is still under warranty, you should contact your seller to have it replaced/repaired under warranty. 
Repairing it by yourself may void the warranty, as it happens also for every other phone...
