Hi,

The latest ota fw update solved the microphone problems, but introduced a crash/restart of the ui from time to time. About 3-5 times a day ..

The fw is this one: P2 Lite_Blackview_20170622_20170622-1454

So I please hope you can have a look and fix it with another fw update.

wipe data/factory reset in recovery (this will delete your data/settings):
- Power off and then press Power and Volume up together for around 10 Seconds
- be sure that the little arrow point on recovery (select with volume up, enter with volume down)
- Then the open android with red triangle+"no command" is shown press Power and Volume up together again
- Select Wipe data/factory reset with volume keys, confirm with power
- After factory reset select reboot system now

Hi thanks for the answer. I can do what you write (but not sure if it will help). I have figured out what causes it if that is of interest to you. That is when I turn wifi on and it connects to a network. Right after it restarts, and restarts again after some minutes ... and again .. Not sure to which level it restarts. The black view logo comes up and it takes about 20s until it asks for password again. I saw in another post here that someone else had similar problems. The previous fw had the mic problems, but it did not restart so I believe the latest ota fw has solved the mic problem, but introduced a new wifi problem .. So before I wipe it, maybe you can have a look around wifi config, drivers etc baked into the latest fw?

I did the wiping and factory reset and it seams to work. No restart so far with wifi on (3-4 hours testing). So thanks a lot!
