Issue on Calls with microphone

Dear Admin , i saw peoples also talking same issue here, you told to some one its hardware problem.my P2 lite also not working microphone, if a contact the re seller , shall i get rectified new one for this ???
you told me its hardware problem, only for china make or all....., Its not seller's mistake, its a manufacturing mistake, try to resolve,
mention me if you cant resolve with software ,otherwise i want return the phone.........

i was purchased from aliexpress, they asked evidence, given some videos of microphone defect but they told me that evidence are invalid , they can't take return., i sure its operating system problem try to resolve the software and give a updates. thank you

If you are affected by this issue of changed microphones connection please try to update to the latest firmware and perform a factory reset after that. If that don't help please contact your seller to exchange the device. Sorry for this inconvenience. (Only) if you don't receive help by the seller please contact us with all your buying details (shop, date, order-number, ...).
