Mistake in software (mic during call on NORMAl mode)

When I call the phone, the subscriber does not hear well. If I speak in the microphone, which is above the rear camera, then it's heard well.
There are suspicions that the developers have mixed up (mistake on select mic) the microphones used in the telephone call.

Do you mean the microphone can not work itself?
But it can work well while making video camera?

During a call, the bottom microphone is very insensitive, while the microphone over the rear camera is very sensitive. If I speak into the microphone over the back camera, then the called subscriber hears me very well.
I think that in the software you need to swap the microphones.

good afternoon friends. I made an order from the aliexpress website of this phone, the seller sent it to me without the SIM tray, where can I buy it? The dialer does not work in the phone, application errors always. How can this be eliminated?

There must be some problem with the microphone in the bottom, you can contact the online re-seller to get your replacement.

What a substitute! Or make a normal firmware that will fix everything, or we'll start to return the phones to the sellers and demand a refund of all the money!

If you've bought the phone from aliexpress the store should have a one year warranty that will replace your phone, it takes time to diagnose a problem let alone create an update just for that fix (because of the many factors that could be causing the issue)
