recovery mode and Root

Hi
The recovery is in Chinese ... complicated for me :D
I would like a recovery in english
where found a tutorial to have the root on my Blackview P2lite

Current firmwares recovery is in english. You can reach it by pressing power + volume-up for 10 seconds. When you read "no commad" press power + volume-up again.
Sorry, I can give no tutorial for rooting.
