How can I update the software? I have a laptop with Windows 7, when I connect the phone to it, or nothing happens, the laptop does not see the phone. Where can I find drivers for Windows 7?

When you plug the data cable into your computer, then you can find the device in your computer.
If you can not find the phone in your computer, then you can change another USB port on your computer.
Sometimes the USB port in your computer can not offer enough current, so the computer can not detect the device.

Hey. Do not talk nonsense and do not teach me how to deal with my computer. I already had a lot of work with Chinese phones and everything, absolutely everything was identified by a computer. And your device does not want. Where to get the driver And when will the firmware fix the problem with the microphones ?!?

viewtopic.php?f=172&t=130585 use this to get the drivers for all mtk devices, no need to get aggressive just because they tried to help, remember admins aren't always the technical ones. Admin doesn't mean they work with everything to do with the phone, it means they are the admin of the forum which includes support and making sure theres nothing against the forum rules going on. just take it easy.

try this driver: https://forum.xda-developers.com/elepho ... 4-t3267033 or google "mediatek vcom 67xx driver". Be sure to use the original cable.
