Could you give an approximate time scale for when this might be fixed. Few days, few weeks?

Yes would be nice to get some answers, but as I have noticed so far we never seem to get an answer to anything. I contacted Blackview via their Contact Us page and got no reply, private messaged 'Blackview admin' and got no reply, and every post on here doesn't answer anything just keeps asking what build number, what have you tried..... I would be surprised if we get an answer!!

I will be contacting my supplier to see if they will issue a refund, I will also send link to this forum so they can see for themselves what is being said and what is being done.

Is the new ROM download able to fix this Admin?

Having the same issues as the other guys.

Snapchat closes in stories, fb messenger just close and fb isnt able to post anything. Skype also closes upon opening.

Running with all permissions allowed and android 7.0 all apps up to date. Stock phone with The android update done as I was printed to do so after an hour of use. Must be running same models as the other guys

Bought it with amazon.
