I apologize, confused in who was being replied to. Still, you ask us to give you time to resolve this but do not state an estimate of how long you may need. My view is the phone has been out a few months, most users have smartphones for social media so I would assume this is not an unknown problem to you. The phone wasn't sold with known issues so buyers had no knowledge of this problem and to be honest I think social media apps are primary in tests? Why have you not spotted these problems before? If you were to say you need so many days to sort this issue then may be we could wait, however if its going to be a matter of months to update firmware then do you really expect your users to wait that long? Especially when there are other known issues talked about in other posts on the forum! I don't mean to be awkward but people just want answers, we buy these phones in good faith with money we have worked for and currently we do not seem to be satisfied.

the problem with this is that if you fix something you are likely to break something, hence why hotfixes don't usually get released for things like games and apps

Each time someone posts something looking for answers, you come back every time with a one line reply saying its not an easy fix but not answering any questions. I understand it takes time to fix these problems but at least try and reassure people of how long it might be until this is resolved! If I contact the seller (Amazon UK), they will say I need to contact the manufacturer first to give them the chance to put things right, can I take this as that chance? There is no point in me having a phone for an indefinite time that doesn't do what its meant to. So I will be contacting the seller for a refund and letting them know I have contacted Blackview and that there is nothing they can do and that they are happy for me to receive a refund?

you have a problem but you dont state what you have tried to do to fix, how can you expect help or expect an instant fix. support doesn't work like that.

I think you will find, if you read back, that I did state what I have tried to fix the problem. Right after you first asked me what I had tried!!! However, since then I have also done a factory reset, installed just one app and same problem. Phone is now sitting turned off, sim card is in old phone and P2 Lite is no longer being used!! Try reading all posts before again saying that I have not stated what I have tried!!

Again as I have stated, Build number is P2 Lite_Blackview_20170606_20170606_2045. Phone will not update to anything newer, says "Your device's software is currently up to date".

Hey !
I recently bought the p2 lite and when I download apps I realized that some close and loop, can not start one or so start but plant 10 seconds later, it affects applications like Facebook, messenger, snapchat and I confess that finding problems on the day of reception of the smartphone I am pretty disappointed.
I would like to be helped to solve this problem even though I have already tried a lot of solution
-Return the smartphone
-Reinstall the application
-Develop the cache and application data
-Make a factory restore

I'm lost helping me! :(

mm probleme!

Hello everyone, we have reported to our software developers, it will need some time before publishing a new rom to fix these problems.
