I since have contacted the United Kingdom agent listed on your website, however, they have said they do not deal with these phones as they are sold directly by Blackview. If I do not get a prompt response to fixing this issue then I will be contacting Amazon UK where I bought the phone, detailing that you are unable/unwilling to help and I will request I full refund. Which is a shame as I like the phone!!

Yes it would be possible to have a refund because it is true that not being able to send a message is exaggerated ?

If i have no solution to this problem before Sunday ,i send the phone to the seller and i get refounds

So you're giving blackview one whole day before you send it back, i dont know if you've ever been asked to troubleshoot anything, but to do so you need all the information you can get, you have provided 2 pieces of information, one being your problem, the other being your build number
that is not enough information to diagnose your problem.

The posts I submitted have not been posted in there exact form, so either someone else is editing my posts before submitting or someone else has a problem and my posts never got submitted? I never gave a deadline of Sunday when submitting my post but I would like to know what is going to be done about this. One of the posts I submitted started how I had contacted the UK agent listed on your site, what happened to that post?

I apologize, confused in who was being replied to. Still, you ask us to give you time to resolve this but do not state an estimate of how long you may need. My view is the phone has been out a few months, most users have smartphones for social media so I would assume this is not an unknown problem to you. The phone wasn't sold with known issues so buyers had no knowledge of this problem and to be honest I think social media apps are primary in tests? Why have you not spotted these problems before? If you were to say you need so many days to sort this issue then may be we could wait, however if its going to be a matter of months to update firmware then do you really expect your users to wait that long? Especially when there are other known issues talked about in other posts on the forum! I don't mean to be awkward but people just want answers, we buy these phones in good faith with money we have worked for and currently we do not seem to be satisfied.
