Hello,
I have several issues with my phone (a BV9800pro). I have already contacted someone from your staff but the only thing she said was my phone's warranty was over...
I'm of the first backers when you launched the crowdfunding on kickstarter on this phone, i received this phone very late and in fact, it is totally unbelievable for a rugged phone the warranty is void only after one year (i received him on 02/2020).
Ok, blackview is making advertisement with cars driving over their phone, so i expect a phone still alive after one year and half of use when i buy one.
At first, i had issue with the sound. I replaced the sound module and everything worked fine.
After that i had issue with a persistent message : Charging connected device via USB
I replaced the charging usb module and it worked fine for some weeks. Now the message is back. I have found the phone is charging depending on how the usb-c connector is inserted, when i turn by 180° the connector, the phone charge. The cable or the charger are not responsible, i already tested them. So, for me the issue come from the motherboard, maybe an issue with the wire from the "plug configuration detection" and the pair A5 B5.
Last and most annoying issue : the phone is rebooting constantly if i close the back tightly. The power button is ok, in fact, when i push on a specific location on the screen and even if i open the phone, when i push on a location on the motherboard, the phone consider the power button was pushed (even if this button is disconnected). I can't really diagnose why, it seems it is on the motherboard itself in my opinion.
Can you help me with that?
Thank you
