BV6600 don't have internet

Hi all,
today I was receive my first blackview, I start use phone, but I don't have internet in browser and aplications. If I turn on hotspot and connect other device, that device can use internet from my blackview. Any solutions?

Hi, received my phone yesterday and I am also not able to connect to the internet. Everything else seems to work (calls, wifi etc) but no internet. any idea or tips??
