A80 update stuck

Newbie here. I could not find an A80 (NOT Pro) board so i am putting this here.

I unpacked my new phone at 11:00 and at 14:16 it is still updating. What should I do please?

After asking friends, I rebooted it and is now working although there have been a few glitches (apps would not install). I believe it is OK now if a little sluggish.

Okay, next time if you have any emergence questions please contact our after-sale department directly in order to solve your problem more efficiently.

As far as I could see, there was a  48 hour turn round on after-sales department emails and the Skype feature did not work as I guess you are in a different time zone.
