Mobile only plays full music with native player

Hi all.
I have a Blackview BV9600 pro and the fact is that I can only play music from my mobile with the player that it brings from the factory. The reason is that with external players such as neutron (for which I paid without knowing this after seeing the recommendations) and omnia, which are what I have, the song is cut to the minute or so. I have looked everywhere at the issue of energy saving and so on and there is no way.
Has anyone happened to you and has any solution?
