After every restart new icons (of same apps) added to new witget BV6000s

After every restart new icons (of same apps) added to new witget:
- can't delete the icon as only option is to uninstall the app it self,
- only option is to move them to a folder every time this happen,
Anybody had a same problem?
Looks like bug to me.
