What has happened? will they be recovered again?

I have recently bought a Blackview BV9900 rugged phone and I used that forums (even posted questions) and now they have gone .

I just bought the BV9900 and was wondering if someone has put Android 10 on this phone.
Is it not possible to put the Android 10 update from the BV9900Pro on this phone?
