I have made a purchase for this R3 Pro via Blackview official store in Aliexpress.
its a nice watch. BUT, after 2 nights of using it, the watch and the apps just doesnt capture my sleeping data.
I have unbind the connection and bind it again, its just doesnt works.

Just wondering how shall I go about it solving this issue

I had a Honor smartwatch, and it works fine... think of trying out Blackview.. but its just a disappointment.
