I have a problem with my one-week new BV5100 : I don't receive text message when the phone is not used for a few minutes (screen on or off is the same). If I send me a message it's ok, if somebody send me a message while I'm using it it works, but when somebody send me a text message when I'm not using it...Well, I don't receive anything, and I will never receive the text message after. 
It seems to be a problem with battery optimization but all is turned off. I also upgraded Google Carrier Services to the last version (0.43 -> 0.58), and I did all the updates I could do. 
Maybe it's related with missing information on battery usage page (no graph, nothing) and very slow charge (10% per hour or less, it take more than 8 hours to do 20% -> 100% ). 
I tried to hard reset from recovery mode, but I just loose everything and it's not working better.
I tried to put my SIM card on another phone, no problem here, all is working perfectly with my old BV5800 Pro. And calls, internet are also working well everytime.
Do you have any idea to help me with this ?

Hello, about the first problem: Plug 2 cards, card 1 card 2, see if you can charge, you can turn off the log when there is a problem. and please help us capture a log to check the problem, is that okay?  Please send an email to me so that I can send the file back to you.
2. About the charge, can you change another one to text whether it can work well?

I solved the issue of not getting any SMS notification after I whitelisted the Messages app on the recent apps list and on the Duraspeed app.

My third party apps like Signal still don't start on bv5100 because the app BasicService don't exist. I need to find where the autostart configuration is hidden.
