bv7000 Pro Cut wire battery

Hello
I bought about 1 month ago a BV7000 Pro and it no longer works: Does not turn on and does not charge (no notification Led)
After bringing it to a repairman, he told me that in fact it is the wire that connects the battery to the card that is cut and it is certainly due to the manufacture because it is to the Where the wire makes a curvature so the battery is HS.
