Bv7000pro not charge e not switch on

I bought a blackview bv7000pro from tomtop 20 days ago.
Does not charge and does not turn on anymore, I tried to contact the assistance i did not send e-mail ..... bad product and bad after sales service ....... replacement or refund ..... which is The direct e-mail address of the assistance

Please make sure you are using the Blackview Charging cable and all the charging devices are connected well.
If above confirmed, and still can not charge, please contact the re-seller to get replacement or repaired.
