Battery drain

I'm quite pleased with my r6 phone except the battery drains fast. What to do?

Usually its the other way round, in summer it drains faster etc. but im guessing that the phone is working harder in the cold because its too cold, like a computer its good to have a cold processor but you can make it too cold to function as normal.
