i did the ROM upgrade as shown BV7000_PRO_Blackview_20170524_20171025-1900 to get the compass back. All went well i started to restore my phone but found i didnt have a working finger print sensor, its not available in hardware.
So i used the flashtool to go back to prev rom & even the MM Rom & i get the error message shown in the png. everytime for any version i try!!

How can i restore my phone to get a working finger print sensor !!! Is your ROM file corrupted, & why are we getting them from mega.nz as RAR format!!! instaed of zip.

I need to know how to restore the phone to a good fully working copy of Nougat with finger print sensor & compass please

super that seems to have done something.. flashing is beginning a-fresh , Many thanks for this tip

Blackview admins , the BV7000Pro compass setting restore ROM takes away the FINGERPRINT sensor from the phone.. I restored to MM & it was there, I re-installed N & it was there BUT AS SOON AS YOU install the Compass restore menu it vanishes, not to be found anywhere.... WE NEED AN URGENT FIX FOR THIS PLEASE....

Yes I also lost fingerprint sensor after I updated to latest firmware.
