I made the purchase and it took a month for the smartphone to arrive. He arrived at my residence yesterday.
Bv7000 Pro is not receiving calls. But He is making calls.
Sometimes he gets a quick call. But it is not possible to answer. Soon after he does not receive any more calls.
This was the only problem encountered so far.
I would like a solution.
It is in the factory version. Not yet updated. And for me to have no more problems, I'd rather leave it that way.
I wish you would help me. Well, I really liked the product.

update to the latest Firmware and perform a factory reset in recovery after that.

wipe data/factory reset in recovery (this will delete your data/settings):
- Power off and then press Power and Volume-up together for around 10 Seconds
- be sure that the little arrow point on recovery (select with volume up, enter with volume down)
- Then the open android with red triangle+"no command" is shown - press Power and Volume up together again
- Select Wipe data/factory reset with volume keys, confirm with power
- After factory reset select reboot system now
