Mon Jul 24, 2017 5:09 pm

Hi Blackview_Admin!

I´m here for asking help for our problem. The scatter file is not working. I tried the one that is named "MT6750_Android_scatter" and then I tried "常用工程指令" changing it name but still not working.

What should us do?

The folder Name still contain chinese letters on your screenshot. Please delete them.

It worked!

I deleted the chinese letters from the folder and then was fine. You only forgot to mention in the manual of the flash tool that we need to hold the volume + and volume - buttons when plugin the mobile to flash the new rom.

Thank you the support. Have a nice day!

Thanks for your kind feedback. I never needed to hold the keys but maybe it can help if other people also have problems with flashing.

Hi,

I'm trying to update bu flashing the latest firmware (Android 7) because my BV7000 pro died due to the 'doesn't charge problem' ( viewtopic.php?f=175&t=115474&start=10 ).

I downloaded flash_too for linux, but scatter file is not recognized.

I checked that there are not chinese chars in the path, I also tried to load the scatter file from /tmp but it doesn't work.

I also checked the content of the scatter file, it seems fine.

Could you please help me?

Here is a frame of the log of the SP flash tool (it seems some key in the scatter file are missing):

I'm using the SP flash tool for Linux 64 bit.

Many thanks for any help you can provide.
