When i restart/start my phone its now faster.

Is it safe, in this major version update, to exclude the userdata when flashing in order to save user app and data ?
From the "Flash Manual"Code: Select allYou can uncheck “userdata” so your data and setting may not be deleted.
But if you flash for bug fixing you should keep this checked.
Could you explain better the sentence above and give us, if you can, additional suggestions ?
In other words, which is the risk if I decide to keep / save userdata?
Thanks
