Since updating to the latest version, I am not able to receive or make any calls, the previus version had issues with the calling quality . Data works fine, phone has been reset few times and other sim cards added but not having any luck. When checking call barring settings I get: "Call settings error, Network or sim card error". Sim card works well on other smartphones. I really like the phone, let me know if there any solution for this. Thank you

I have a problem close that you describe, but my phone is able to make or recive one call. After this call, it do not receive or make more calls, until reset or power cycle, I am waiting solution, may be this solution work for your phone too. If the phone was working with the previous ROM, you can download it, and install back, blackview has this information available.

Here you can see a link, how to download Flash Tool program, and install the ROM.
Be carefully when you select the options, if you select format and download software you may lost the IMEI and is necessary to acces by engineering mode to program it again, and the procedure is different for different ROMs. (https://androidmtk.com/flash-stock-rom- ... flash-tool). May be the administrator want to share with us more information, if mandatory to program another parameter, or a procedure to save all important parameters before flash the phone.

I have used few times the Flash Tool program to successfully install the firmwares: "BV7000_PRO_Blackview_20170320","BV7000_PRO_Blackview_20170411" and "BV7000_PRO_Blackview_20170516" as well as updated OTA the phone to the latest version "BV7000 PRO Blackview 20170523" but making/receiving calls has stooped altogether still getting "Call settings error, Network or sim card error".

Yes. For the already delivered ones, we are sorry can not help.
But in the middle June, the BV7000 Pro will be shipped running Android 7 directly.

When I purchased the BV7000Pro worked fine for few days then call quality was affected and now it has stopped working. Tested few SIM-cards from two different network providers that work just fine on other smartphones but I keep getting 'Invalid Sim' after start and the call barring settings are not available. These errors are showing on three different firmware. Could you please advice for a solution on the "invalid IMEI" issue?
