Dear BlackView team could you prepare a preroted rom or tutorial how to root device ?

Hello, we don't advise you to root your device, this will be causing damage on your phone and can be hardly fixed.

Could through the root the 3G bands WCDMA 850/1900 MHZ and 4G LTE FDD 1900 MHZ be enabled ?
Because in Ecuador only work with these bands and the Blackview BV7000 does not work.
Or is it already a hardware problem and has no solution? To return my Blackview BV7000 phone.

While installing the authentication apps for my e-banking on my brand new Blackview bv7000 pro I received the message: rooted android! and the app is not functioning. I let the app check root run. This one indicated, of course not rooted, but the security net check said CTS profile match fail. I think it is the reason why the authentication app said rooted android.

Is there a way to correct this problem?

I read this before and tested this with my banking app. It works well. Do you use the latest Firmware 20170411?

- which banking app are you using?
- what do you mean with "I let the app check root run" - the root integry check in recovery?

I'm using the CrontoSigned Swiss app. I was not able to get more information than: "Ah there should be a security setting problem on your phone, you could buy the specific device for it"
As i,m not at all a specialist of rooting phone, I download the App Root Checker from Google play store and run it on my phone. The results was not rooted for the root check and for the safety net check: failed (CTS profile match fail.

with the first ROM for this phone was a problem because is was not signed as "release", bis this should be solved for long time.
I have no Idea what's the problem of your app. Maybe you can speak with the bank support?

Actually they have just released today an update of the app, and now it is working fine! I should be able to enjoy fully my Blackview.
