Hello distinguished administration. I have such a problem.
I bought a smartphone Blackview bv5000 on Aliexpress, but unfortunately after three weeks of use, the smartphone started to work incorrectly. Where you do not come, it always gives an application error. We tried to fix the smartphone in the local workshop, but it was not possible to fix it. The master says the faulty memory module, you need to replace it. Unfortunately in our country there are no spare parts for the smartphone.
The seller says to repair themselves, buy spare parts on Aliexpress. But there is a possibility that I will not get the spare part that is needed for Blackview bv5000.
Is it possible to send a smartphone for repairs, to You?

This would mean we could get Android 7.1 right now and would make less work for you too.
This will also give your brand a bigger mod community and make your phones more attractive to buyers.

Reading all these negative posts, I'm worried... I am very happy with my bv6000. I bought a bv7000pro from Aliexpress, (still yet to arrive)... I don't use a phone much, I'm not on any social media, or play games. After a lot of reading, Blackview, seem to know what people want(A tough, rugged smartphone), but are having trouble with basic things. I think, I will sell the bv7000pro in the box(I live in Vietnam, they have never seen a 'Blackview'), when it arrives.
Also, with the bv6000, I can't get rid of, the embedded "Email" icon. I use gmail, it just slows my mail delivery down.
All in all, a phone with a lot of potential... Just so many bugs, to get over.

Heo Quay: This is a brand new Phone, we literally have the first run. Give BlackView a break. Does the phone have issues? YES. alot of them. But they will be fixed in time and we can help them with this.

Problems that I have:
- Mic sensitivity was too low ( no one could hear me) - fixed with factory code and turning up value.
- Blue-tooth keeps cycling connecting and disconnecting. - creates a pop every 3 sec's on bluetooth headphones.
- Headphone jack - No headphones fit the connection. Headphones provided are 5mm longer than normal headphones.
- Software shutdown after 15 sec. on screen sleep. so... Spotify (Music apps) Google Maps are useless unless you keep screen on. (Android 6 issue)
- Lineage OS - We need a port. This would fix alot of "Software" issues. and free up staff for driver fixes.

- Wireless Charging : One add-on that I would love to see is wireless charging. pulling the rubber grommet out twice a day to charge is a pain and will wear out the seal sooner than later.

All that being said I love the super button.
