As far as I know you can use SP flash tool (flashing tool- "Readback" bookmark), you can find tutorials in google.

will they release an update for android 7 builds? there are problems in my Blackview BV7000 Pro like system ui crashes, some apps closes, etc...

Dear admin, I found new problems, Battery phone lasting little with android 7, even less than android 6. Writing does not match well with the touch, the letter does not take what I want. I problem with some applications. Dice applications Interrupted. Do you have any chance of fixing these bugs?

Sorry, there is an other hardware limitation that don't allow us that change on current devices.
The main reason will be that it costs royalties to unlock an LTE band and makes the phones higher priced. So no manufacturer will do this after sales...

Hi i cant upgrade to os 7 dont know if it is the phone or pc, sp flash just scans forever (30min+) and finds nothing however if phone is switched on sp flash says scan failed. The MTK driver i think its called insalled while phone was off. I am running windows 7 and i followed the youtube video instructions (I guess this is where i went wrong) and i read a instuction pdf. Will blackview release a wireless update from os 6 to 7 sometime or will this be the only way? any advice or criticism welcome

Download only- flashes the rom cleanly by formatting userdata,system partitions etc.
Firmware upgrade- is a dirty flash, just replaces the system partition
Format all- formats everything, losing your imei and other parts of key information.
