Hello Admin
I've got the BV7000 pro since a week. After 3 days it asks me for a system update, and I cofirmed.
The update started and a moment later appeared the message "error" and the phone was dead.
I tried to update the ROM you postet from SD card, but when opening update package, installation aborted.
So what can I do? Please help!

Hello everyone and administrator.
Truth is I'm waiting for my order to dispatch.....

But I need to say that I've never seen before an administrator giving so many info even about serious technical issues like roms, device secret codes, instruction about things...etc.....

I really appreciate it a lot and it makes the difference in Customers Service!

Well done gentlemen. Technical issues will be solved. Attitude and personality will never be constructed; it has to be immanence.......

Do you have a release date for the Android 7.0 update yet?

My new bv7000 pro is new and just 2 days within this posting. I faced many issues with my device as others mentioned in this forum.
By the I can't receive any updates through the wifi or cellular data and see the message says that my device is up to date, while your latest update here is 20170411.
So I downloaded the firmware from this topic and install it by choosing local update. After choosing the file and I click install it starts updating and takes around 3 to 5 minutes to be finished, but after all it stills same old firmware and didn't change. See picture down

Thanks a lot Blackview team. The last OTA update was great and solved problems I faced such as, the bluetooth is not disconnecting as before and just disconnect when I use it in battery saver mode, the second problem solved about the fast charging where before was taking 4hrs to be fully charged and now it takes only 2hrs and 20mins.
