I know this Error Code from a computer with outdated drivers. Please try to replace/update the drivers for this phone-connection on your computer to solve this.

The linked drivers should work for BV7000 and the newest flash tool in the moment. But since there are regularly newer versions of flash tool and firmware you should just test it out.

@Admin: nice idea, but i just bricked my Blackview BV7000 (see thread in that section) and had to disconnect the battery to get it out of the flashloop and working again. Don't like to do this gain (one T5-thread of the case is partially broken due to too short screw). Thus please test it in the factory and report if flashmethod is also applicable for the standard BV7000.

@PietK I can do that it next week when I receive a new testing device of bv7000. I will report you if flashing works the same like in the bv7000pro manual. (But even then drivers could react different on differnt PC/OS.)

@admin: thanks for your cooperation; i understand that the CPU is different and the basic OS to start with is different (Pro=Android-6, STD=Android-7). Reason for being/reading in this PRO-section, is that i failed to do the upgrade using flashing on Win-XP and Win7, and nobody confirmed how to successfull flash the BV7000 - Android-7 (drivers / flashtool versions).

Why can't they sell a phone, that doesn't require re-flashing... software repairing. Most people buy a phone, and expect it to work?
This is why, Blackview is Black View, same as my bv6000 and my bv7000pro.

what to do? when i select MT6750_Android_scatter.txt, SPFT gives this error:

Be sure you selected the correct file inside the correct data-folder. Be sure to use an up-to-date flashing software. If it don't help try to re-download the ROM.

Edit: Rename the folder name, delete chinese words, your system don't recognise that letters

The users should not be asked to edit software provided by the manufacturer, but the manufacturer should deliver software updates which can be installed on any language version of the users computer!
Just a sign of lazy developers and non existing quality controls which I find since nearly a year, well, since owning Blackview phones...
