Had you added the apps to the witelist (long press on Home key + tools icon)?

I have the same problem with Bluetooth. It's really a deal breaker for me as my usual headset is a corded one ( Bose QC20 ) and cannot work since a long jack is needed. I received a brand new QC30 from Bose today ( service replacement, works superbly with my other devices) and was looking forward to finally listen to quality sound on the go with my BV7000 pro.
Sadly, pop every few seconds, that seems to depends on the complexity of the music ( so probably a bandwith problem).

If this is not fixed timely, I will definitely NOT recommend Blackview and comment on every site I can find about those issues. You don't advertise bluetooth compatibility if it's not compatible with the A2DP profile. That makes me a bit angry because I really like the phone besides that issue.

@Paulli

There are adapters available for non fitting jack cables.

For the bluetooth problems take care that the admin noticed and understood that problem so that it maybe can get fixed in the next software version.

@Admin: I have indeed the last firmware. I tested another Bluetooth device and I think I can add that only Low-Energy Bluetooth devices are affected by the disconnection. Honestly, if your engineers can not fix compatibility easily, maybe you could limit functionality to Bluetooth non LE ? That would limit efficiency but not usability.

@Phil : Thanks for the links but do you have the phone ? It's not the casing that's a problem, it's the length of the metal jack itself. The adapters you linked don't work, I tested one lent by a friend.

1) Try if you get it OTA (Settings>About Phone>Wireless Update>Check for updates)
if that don't work download the file (I recommend jdownloader for that) and

2) Try a local file update. Copy the zip-file to your phone and (Settings>About Phone>Wireless Update>Menu>Local file update)
if that don't work download the file (I recommend jdownloader for that) and

3) Flash your phone over PC (Instructions/discussion linked down at this post viewtopic.php?f=144&t=101183&start=30#p307071)
