Do I have a problem with calibrating the touch screen? And the battery does not last long.
This Flash ROM of BV7000_PRO_Blackview_20170622 to upgrade OS 7.0 is better than mine or is it the same?

For the bv7000PRO the latest version is 20170622 in the moment. It is different to your older version.

Check for a newer update again and try a factory reset.

It's 20170717 or 20170717 (depending on your device version). It should be available over OTA update.

Flashing the latest version may help better than the OTA update. Please always try a factory reset after updating if you have problems.

If nothing helps to solve your touchscreen issue you may exchange/repair the phone over your seller.
