What the hell? Earlier you promised Android 7 update FOR ALL BV7000 PRO PHONES in late may. Some of the readers might have read my posts on the "poor calling quality" issues with the Blackview BV7000 Pro, then when I updated the smartphone to the latest firmware: BV7000_PRO_Blackview_20170516 and OTA to "BV7000 PRO Blackview 20170523" the IMEI got completely wiped, I could not make calls as the errors: "invalid IMEI" and "Call settings error, Network or sim card error" were on the screen. I managed to fix it with the Maui META build 9.1635.23.00. https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-12328.html.

I was very exited when I purchased the BV7000 Pro but due to software issues on the phone and poor customer support, I had to sell it away. Hopefully these issues will be resolved in the future.

Did you find the BPLGUInfo file (often named like BPLGUInfoCustomAppSrcP_MT65**...) or did you just make changes without it?

Seriously, manual download and need to install from windows computer to have a simple update is already a joke...

You make so many customers angry with this (again). Publishing two different versions of one product and disappointing all who bought the first one is absolutely not professional. You will loose many loyalty user with this.

Correct i thought Blackview is cool, but it seems that Blackview is crap.i send my BV back to gearbest.

I agree. The problems just add up on this thing and this is the last straw. I won't be making any purchases from Blackview anymore and will discourage anyone to do so.
Maybe some users with the new BV7000 Pro will be able to back-up their firmware and enable us to upgrade despite your lack of professionalism. Will need root of course but with a Mediatek chipset, there is hopt.
Seriously, having already a build of 7.0 the only thing you would need to do is give us the file... I can't understand why you wouldn't do something so easy and create anger..
