I purchased my BV7000 Pro from Blackview direct amazon uk marketplace in February.
It has been an excellent phone.
However, the microphone has stopped working.
Can you advise where/how I can get it fixed / replaced

Hi there. You'll have to contact your seller. He will manage warranty terms, repairs, replacements or refunds.

You must buy whole front display with front shell. It cost only about 20-30 Euros. You cant buy microphones on BV7000 separate.
