Because it was not supplied with my smartphone.

Sorry but it isn't available. By the way, user manual doesn't contain critical informations.... so don't worry.
Feel free to ask me things that you would have read on it.

If you state that the manual doesn't contain critical information this states that the manual exists but Blackview is not willing to provide it to the users - again a sign of extreme customer focus!
When you got the customers money you got what you want, then the customer is lost...
