My BV7000pro randomly loses in-call volume. It is not muted, and the speaker phone function still works.
Seems to have similar issues with blue tooth devices.

This issue is present for both Android 6 and 7 - any ideas?

Please try to update to teh latest firmware: viewtopic.php?f=176&t=191529&p=376561#p376561
If that don't help try a factory reset after that.
