I have a Blackview BV7000 Pro . After a charge of 8h the phone dont want to light on. The light LED is on but not the screen. The screen remain off : no text, no image, no logo, just something "grey". No boot. The screen was not exactly black. But the phone is not working.

Is it possible to reset the phone or to do something?

I live in west africa (Togo) and we dont have local support
