My BV7000pro got its micro out after one week!

I bought my BV7000Pro last week, and now my microphone doesn't work anymore.
Neither during my phone calls (disturbing for a phone!) nor Viber calls nor on Google nor on my memos by voice.
I tried to fix this issue EngineerModes has explained on a previous post.
I need my phone to work.
Thanks for your answer or replacement of my device.
