I have just received a REPLACEMENT BV7000 pro after the first one received had a faulty screen, and this one arrived with a broken charging port and mic. I assume they are both connected to the same internal board and its not wired properly? I purchased off Eseller on alixpress and could tell the phone was already used when i got it. If he is a reseller for your company you should know he is giving your product a bad name and I am trying to receive a refund from this a'hole. Any assistance to help me would be great as I was really looking forward to using this awesome phone but now.. Im losing faith in your products .

Sorry to hear, that you had problems with your seller. Please alsways check the phones after receiving. In most cases you can get your money back by seller, aliexpress or paypal.
