BV7000pro water problems

i get something liddle bit water inside my bv7000p, but it works normaly firstly.
after 2 days the touchscreen make something problems, but not the complete screen.
i ordered an new toucscreen on aliexpress, for my bv7000p.
after installed the new screen and it turns on, the screen works, but without any touch, touch dont work all over the display.
how maybe it the problem?
how can i get my phone data on pc without touch work?
iam so worry about, the phone is very cool, but not for me
